At The Bridge Coworking Space, we aim to ensure fair and accessible parking for all members and visitors. Please follow these guidelines to comply with our business park’s parking rules and avoid fines or clamping.
Parking for Members
- The Bridge Parking Bays: Available to members on a first-come, first-served basis. Look for bays labelled “THE BRIDGE.”
- If Bridge Bays Are Full:
- Use visitor parking for up to 1 hour only.
- For longer parking, use the external parking area by the park.
- Prohibited Parking: Do not park in bays marked for other businesses in the business park. Unauthorised parking may result in clamping and a R500 fine by centre management.
Parking for Visitors
- Visitor Parking: Guests attending meetings must use designated visitor parking bays for up to 1 hour.
- Alternative Parking: For stays longer than 1 hour, visitors should park in the external parking area by the park.
- Clamping Risk: Vehicles exceeding the 1-hour limit in visitor parking will be clamped by security, with a R500 release fee payable.
Important Notes
- First-Come, First-Served: The Bridge parking is not reserved and is shared among members.
- Enforcement: Centre management and gate security strictly monitor parking. Vehicles breaking these rules may be clamped, with a R500 fine to release.
- Cooperation: Please adhere to these rules to ensure fair parking access for everyone in the business park.
