Guest & Visitors Policy
- Member Responsibility: Members must accompany their guests at all times and register them at reception upon arrival.
- Access Limits: Guests may visit for meetings or short-term collaboration, subject to approval. They cannot access coworking areas or amenities without a member.
- Boardroom Use: Guests attending meetings must use a pre-booked boardroom. Members can arrange bookings by contacting reception at info@thebridgecowork.co.za or +27 (0) 21 879 3490.
- Parking: Guests must park in designated visitor parking bays for up to 1 hour or use external parking by the park for longer stays. Exceeding the 1-hour limit in visitor parking may result in clamping and a R500 fine.
- Conduct: Guests must follow The Bridge’s house rules, including keeping noise levels low and respecting shared spaces.

- Fees: Additional charges may apply for guest boardroom use or extended visits.
- Clamping Risk: Security enforces parking rules strictly. Ensure guests follow parking guidelines to avoid fines.
